Thanks from Melrose Teachers and Parents

我謹代表Melrose中學的師生、家長還有兩位同學，對參與融

入學習計劃的所有民德的師長、家長和同學們表達我們最衷心

的感謝。十年樹木，百年樹人。要把小小樹苗澆灌成參天大樹

談何容易，更何況是人！我非常感動于參與計劃的所有師長和

家長們的用心良苦。Vanessa與Jack年紀尚輕，不足之処請各

位師長盡量提點。希望今年的融入計劃繼Claudia 

Schipp 和 Ryan Olliffe的民德之行之後成爲另一佳話。


 On behalf of the principal,teachers and students at Melrose, 

and parents of Vanessa and Jack, I would like to give my 

sincere thanks to all the teachers, parents and students of 

Min-De Junior High School who are involved in the 2014 Min-

De Immersion Program. It is said that "it takes 10 years to 

grow a tree, but a hundred years to cultivate a person". I am 

very touched by every teacher and parent's input in this 

program and I really appreciate everyone's efforts. Vanessa 

and Jack are still young and I hope they will have your 

guidance on the path leading to their bright future. Following 

Claudia and Ryan's visit to Min-De, I am sure that this year's

 immersion program will become another good story about 

the cooperation of the two schools that we will remember for 

a long time.

Thank you everyone at Minde! You have done so much

preparation for Jack and Vanessa. I am sure they will have a

great time in Taiwan. I believe that this program will further

enhance the friendship and understanding established

between the students.
